Privacy Policy
Effective date: 16 September 2026
Innovate Hub was built so that there would be as little to write here as possible. The site collects nothing through its pages and sets no cookies. What remains is described below without padding.
1. Who is accountable
innovatehub.online is published and controlled by:
- ITmatters s.r.o.
- Žirovnická 3133/6, Záběhlice, 106 00 Praha 10, Czech Republic
- Company number: 08139130
- VAT: CZ08139130
- Email: info@innovatehub.online
ITmatters s.r.o. decides what appears on this site and is the entity answerable for the handling set out below. Privacy questions and requests go to the address above.
2. What is collected
Three categories exist, and there is no fourth.
Nothing through the site itself
This site has no form, no newsletter sign-up, no account, no quiz, no comment section and no chat widget. There is no input field anywhere on it. No cookie is set, no advertising or analytics tag runs, and no third-party script is loaded on any page. The site uses no localStorage, no sessionStorage, no IndexedDB and no browser fingerprinting, and it makes no request to any external host — the fonts are the ones already installed on your device. No profile, identifier or record of an individual reader is created here.
Server logs kept by the hosting provider
Serving a page means a web server receives a request, and the hosting provider’s server writes a standard line to a log: the IP address the request came from, the browser user agent string, the URL requested, the response status and the date and time. These lines are produced automatically. They are not joined to anything else and are not used to build a picture of any reader.
Anything you put in an email
Writing to info@innovatehub.online sends your address, your message and whatever else you chose to include. Nothing on this site asks for it; it is supplied entirely on your own initiative.
3. Why, and on what basis
Server logs are kept so the site can be run and kept secure — finding errors, investigating abuse of the server, and confirming pages are reachable. The basis is the legitimate interest of ITmatters s.r.o. in operating its own website. Consent is not the basis, because a log line is created by the act of delivering a page and cannot be declined while the page is still delivered.
Emails are handled only to read and answer what was sent, on the basis of the legitimate interest both parties have in correspondence you started — or, where the email is a privacy request, in order to meet the obligations described in section 7.
Neither category is used for marketing, profiling, automated decision-making or advertising of any kind. Nothing is sold, rented or licensed to anyone.
4. How long each category is kept
- Server logs: 30 days from the request, after which they are deleted or overwritten by the provider’s standard rotation.
- Emails and replies: 24 months from the last message in the exchange, then deleted. Where correspondence concerns a legal claim or a regulator, it is kept until that matter ends and for 12 months afterwards.
- Anything else: there is nothing else, because nothing else is collected.
5. Who else receives it
Two recipients exist: the hosting provider engaged by ITmatters s.r.o. to serve this site, which necessarily handles the server logs as part of running the server, and the email provider that carries messages sent to the address above. Both act on instructions and may not use the information for their own purposes.
No one else receives anything. There is no analytics provider, no advertising network, no content delivery network, no font service, no tag manager and no embedded social content anywhere on this site. Following a link away from here — to an advertiser, or to an Australian public body — takes you to a site run by someone else, whose own policy governs what it collects.
Cross-border disclosure — Australian Privacy Principle 8
ITmatters s.r.o. is established in the Czech Republic, and the servers and mail systems used to run this site are located outside Australia, in the European Union. The personal information described in this policy is therefore disclosed to recipients outside Australia. Readers in Australia should understand that it is held in the European Union and subject to the laws applying there, including the General Data Protection Regulation.
6. How it is protected
The site is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and the server is encrypted in transit. Access to the server logs and to the mailbox is limited to the people at ITmatters s.r.o. who run the site, protected by individual credentials with multi-factor authentication. There is no reader database, no user account and no stored payment information anywhere in this site, because none of those things is collected — which removes whole categories of risk rather than managing them.
7. Your rights under the Australian Privacy Principles
If you are in Australia you may ask ITmatters s.r.o. for access to any personal information held about you, and ask for it to be corrected if it is wrong, out of date or incomplete. In practice the only thing likely to exist is an email exchange, and a request will be answered on that footing.
For a complaint, the route is: write first to info@innovatehub.online setting out the concern, and ITmatters s.r.o. will respond within 30 days. If that does not resolve it, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, the independent privacy regulator for Australia, which publishes its own complaint process.
8. Notifiable data breaches
If the information described here is involved in a breach likely to result in serious harm to an individual, ITmatters s.r.o. will notify the affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act 1988, and will say what happened and what can be done about it.
9. Children
This site is written for adults deciding whether to install a game, and for parents and carers deciding on behalf of a household. It is not directed at people under 16 and contains nothing designed to appeal to children. Because nothing at all is collected through these pages, nothing is collected from children either. Any email from someone identifying themselves as under 16 is deleted rather than kept.
10. Changes
A revised policy is published on this page with a new effective date at the top. If this site ever began collecting something it does not collect today, that change would be described here in a note and would apply only from the date it was published, never backwards. The effective date above is how to confirm the current position.
11. GDPR and UK GDPR
ITmatters s.r.o. is established in the European Union, so the General Data Protection Regulation applies to the handling described here, and the UK GDPR applies to readers in the United Kingdom.
The lawful basis is legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) — the interest of ITmatters s.r.o. in running and securing its own site, and in answering correspondence a reader chose to start. Consent is not relied on and no consent mechanism is shown, because this site sets no cookies and performs no non-essential processing that consent could attach to.
Data subjects have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Requests go to info@innovatehub.online and are answered within one month. A complaint may also be made to a supervisory authority: in the Czech Republic, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů); in the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner’s Office; or the authority where you live or work.
12. Related pages
The cookie policy covers the absence of cookies in detail. The affiliate disclosure explains the paid links and confirms that this site passes nothing about a reader to any advertiser. The terms set out the basis on which the site is provided.
