Contact Innovate Hub

One email address, no form, and no field asking for anything. Write to info@innovatehub.online and it reaches the publisher directly.

Publisher details

This site is published by:

The address above is a registered company address in the Czech Republic. Email is answered; post sent to that address is not a reliable way to reach the people who maintain the site.

Why there is no contact form

A form would mean collecting what a reader typed, storing it somewhere, describing that collection in the privacy policy and taking responsibility for it. Innovate Hub collects nothing by design, and a plain email link is what keeps that true. A message sent by email stays in ordinary mail systems and reaches the publisher without passing through a third-party form service.

The same reasoning covers the rest of the site: no newsletter, no account, no quiz, no chat widget and no input field of any kind. The privacy policy explains what happens to an email after it arrives, including how long it is kept.

What can be answered here

Write in about any of these

  • Corrections. Name the page and say what is wrong. Corrections are made on the page itself and the review date is updated.
  • Questions about how this site is funded, or about the arrangement described on the affiliate disclosure page.
  • Requests under the privacy policy — access to, or correction of, any personal information held about you by ITmatters s.r.o..
  • Subjects the checklists do not yet cover.
  • Complaints about anything published here, including how prominently a paid link is disclosed.

What belongs somewhere else

Please go to the right place instead

  • Anything about a game account or a purchase — billing, refunds, lost progress, bans, technical support. Innovate Hub is not the publisher of any game, has no access to any account, and can do nothing about one. Contact the game’s own support.
  • Classification questions — the Australian Classification Board publishes the national database and the consumer advice that goes with each entry.
  • Online safety, cyberbullying or image-based abuse — the eSafety Commissioner publishes guidance and accepts reports.
  • Scams and fraud — report to Scamwatch, run by the National Anti-Scam Centre.
  • Consumer disputes — raise it with the business first; the ACCC publishes information on where individual complaints go in each state and territory.
  • Account security incidents — the Australian Cyber Security Centre publishes guidance and takes reports.

What to expect

Messages are read by the publisher. Put the page name in the subject line if the message is about a specific page, and include the link. Requests made under the privacy policy are handled as that policy describes, and if one is not resolved to your satisfaction, the route to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner is set out there.

Offers of paid placement, guest pages, link insertion or sponsored wording are declined. The method statement explains why: the coverage here is narrow and the commercial reason for it is disclosed, and adding undisclosed paid placement would make that disclosure false.
